Meagan Monique Good was born August 8 1981 in the Panorama City neighborhood of Los Angeles to Tyra Wardlow-Doyle. Her mother worked as her manager in her teens and her father Leondis Leon Good is an LAPD police officer. Her acting career began at the age of four. She grew up in Canyon Country, California with three of her siblings. Her acting journey began as an actress in television programs like Doogie Howser Amen, M.D. and Doogie Howser Amen. Her first movie, "Friday", was made in 1995, when she turned 13.
